Strategic planning is about making sure organizational efforts lead to mission fulfillment, and then sharing the success with your community. Succession Planning and Hiring
Hiring is both an art and a science - and typically more challenging than hiring committees anticipate. Eight Ninety Consulting can prepare your organization for hiring, especially of leaders, while sharing best practices to use in future searches. If your organization lacks the capacity to conduct a search process, Eight Ninety Consulting can organize and manage the process.

A Note About Prices
Eight Ninety Consulting charges on a project basis. There is not a simple list of prices - the scope and content of each project varies enough that prices also vary. But here is what you can expect if you work with Eight Ninety Consulting.
An initial consultation is always free. If we mutually wish to work together, Eight Ninety Consulting will share a proposal that typically lists several project options that differ in scope and cost.
The price of any project is mainly based on the projected number of hours required for the project. For organizations, there may be a new client fee for initial research; this fee will not apply if an organization hires Eight Ninety Consulting again within a few years.
We do not typically offer discounts for organizations.
