I'm Betsy Carroll, founder of Eight Ninety Consulting. I love all aspects of strategic planning, from high level thinking to nitty gritty data analysis. Working with non profits, artists, and colleges energizes me. I only work with values-based organizations or people because I want to collaborate with others who contribute to society through meaningful work.

Values-driven organizations deserve to have access to the same knowledge, tools, and practices that help corporations achieve success. Managing an organization effectively is the key to sustainability in values-driven organizations.

My Experience
I started my career as an arts administrator; I have spent 15 years serving higher education; I have been on the boards of multiple community serving non profits. These are the communities and the missions that motivate me and the kinds of individuals I want to collaborate with.
The Name
Curious where the name Eight Ninety Consulting came from?
After college when I moved to New York City, my first job was for a dance school and company in the 890 Broadway building. I am still grateful for those first steps on my very fulfilling career path, and the connection to a community of creative professionals. Choosing the name Eight Ninety Consulting was chosen to honor that auspicious beginning.
